July Review: HR and the Triple Bottom Line
The July membership meeting at the Grand Rapids Community College Applied Technology Center featured a presentation on employee development and advancement efforts at Cascade Engineering, and an introduction to resources for workforce training by West Michigan Works! and GRCC Workforce Training.

Featured speaker was Kenyatta Brame, Executive Vice President of Cascade Engineering, who discussed the critical importance of worker opportunity and equity to an organization’s sustainability strategy, its long-term profitability, and community prosperity.
West Michigan Works! and GRCC Workforce Training also presented in topics including available resources and financial incentives for employee training and development.
