Michigan’s Great Southwest Sustainable Business Forum will host a Green Drinks networking event this month at Three Blondes Brewing on February 6 from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Join us for conversation about sustainable business and the environment. Beverages will be available for purchase. All are welcome.
Three Blondes Brewing is a destination microbrewery that looks to create a place where family, friends, locals, and tourists could gather to experience exceptional South Haven, MI beer with a unique, locally-based menu. Three blonde sisters – Amanda Johnson, Carrie Troyer, and Megan Zernicke – who graduated from South Haven High School and often spoke about how South Haven needed its own brewery, opened the brewery in June of 2018 in a newly constructed building at 1875, Suite B, on Phoenix Street.
Three Blondes Brewing hired former Greenbush head brewer Jake Demski to produce beers. The brewery currently has blonde, IPA, session IPA, double IPA, witbier and porter on tap, among other varieties. They also offer ciders and wine, and plan to offer up to a dozen beers brewed on-site 15-barrel commercial brewing system. The business also brought on Sean Marr, who attended culinary school at Baker College and former executive chef, as general manager and to curate a menu, which includes pizza, hamburgers and sandwiches. The restaurant serves farm-to-table, local foods.
